july13aCllr Frank O’Rourke with Michael Connolly chairman of Celbridge Tidy Towns and “Max” highlighting the issue of dog fouling in public spaces. “I am a dog owner myself and when taking him walking we always take a litter bag to clean up after him to make sure we play our part in keeping the community clean and tidy. Dog foul is also a safety concern if it comes into contact with children and it is a mess on footpaths, green areas etc. and not very hygienic to pick up on your foot wear and take with you into your home or car. So we are appealing to all dog owners please when walking your pet in a public area take you litter bag with you and help keep our locality looking good….!!!!!!.”
